The Macau Museum of Art is the only art museum in Macau and provides greater space devoted to the visual arts.

The Macau Museum of Art falls within the Macao Cultural Centre and belongs to (IACM) Civic and Municipal Affairs.
The total area is 10,192 meters square, of which about 4,000 square meters are exhibition areas.

It is the largest museum of cultural relics and arts in Macau.

There are five floors of the Museum, with seven different exhibition galleries.
The Gallery of Painting and Calligraphy, Chinese Ceramics Gallery is located on the fourth floor, where mainly Chinese calligraphy, painting, and Shiwan Ceramics Guangzhou are displayed.
The magnificent human statues ceramic Shiwan in Guangdong is one of the world's most prestigious collections.
In the second and third floors, there are galleries for temporary exhibitions that have featured various artists collections Macau and around the world.
The Gallery is also located in the historic third floor, including paintings and engravings export-oriented western European landscapes Macau Chinese and Western painters, including Lam Kua and British artist George Chinnery.

She is equipped for video projections and slides and various workshops are organized regularly to the public.

The Museum has a library with many books related art and allows the use of audio facilities and internet services for free. The library is also equipped with visual installations, where the public can choose from over 400 international films to watch in your living room video.

On the ground floor there is also a workshop where various art courses are regularly organized.

10:00 to 19:00, last admission at 18:30 (closed on Mondays)

Adults: MOP $ 5.00
Students (with valid student ID) and group (minimum 10 people each): $ 2.00 MOP
under 12 and over 65 years: Free;

Free admission on Sundays.
